- For a refund on Shipped/delivered items, products must be sent back to us to the address our customer service will provide after you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customers are required to pay for return shipping fee.
Note: Refunds via PayPal - There is a fee of $5 that would be reduced from refund amount
